- Installation services: No refunds after work commencement unless we fail to perform
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may proceed to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
